Enjoy 2 beautiful outdoor seating areas, one outside the breakfast room with a firepit & another with a large pool, 2 hot tubs and waterfall. There is a spacious and beautifully appointed lobby, concierge service, daily housekeeping, valet and a small fitness center.
* Please note: this is our timeshare at the Aspen Mountain Residences. We will be transferring our time to you via a certificate. The certificate will be available at the desk upon check in and they will require a credit card to pay for incidentals. At the end of your stay, you will be required to pay the resort fee of $40 per night, and parking is also $40 per night although there are more affordable options if you are interested. We hope that no cleaning fee will help to offset these additional charges.
