Positive: The location was close to everything, but you do need a car. The property was lovely.
Negative: The pool was very cold. The mattresses were very hard, we all had awful back problems the whole trip. As well as very either hard or lumpy pillows. I would suggest it all needs replacing . The kettle was cracked so leaked water when full when we arrived, so would suggest that needs replacing. Also the upstairs hall way light bulbs need replacing and the main bedroom lamp. When retiring for the evening the living room needs a few lamps as the main light is very bright. And maybe updating the garden furniture as all quite dated and uncomfortable. Also a few amenities on arrival would have really helped, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, washing tablets for the washing machine, some rubbish bags, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These are simple easy fixes that would have made the stay a lot more comfortable. But over all it was still lovely.
Summary: A house with Character, just needs a few updates but overall lovely.
