Approximately 18 km from the coast between Tar-Vabriga and Porec, this property is situated with stunning views of the nearby mountain villages of Motovun and Grožnjan. The 294 m² house has been restored by the host family with great attention to detail in the Istrian country house style. Particular highlights are the extensively restored antique furnitures from the family ownership, as well as the artistic design of the walls, which makes the Villa absolutely unique! The villa offers on 3 floors a lot of space for up to 12 people, which can spend their holidays together and still enjoy their personal freedom and privacy. On the first floor is a spacious living room with fire place, a country-style kitchen with dining table for up to 10 people, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 single beds). For the children there is a separate room, where the kids can play or even sleep. On the mezzanine level is another bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the attic floor offers a separate living room and a another bedroom with double bed and bathroom. On the ground floor, from which you have direct access to the pool area, is a konoba (spacio) with barbecue and an additional bathroom Relax and enjoy the great nature and the silence at the 26 m² large private pool. Washing machine, baby highchair, cots and WiFi are available. You are welcome to bring your dog! Vižinada is a stage of the most famous cycle way of Istria, the Parenzana. This runs along the old railway line from Trieste to Porec. Numerous viaducts and tunnels make this route a special experience. We recommend especially the section of Vižinada via Motovun and Livade up to Grožnjan (about 36 km). Hikers can start right from the Villa, so it´s just a few minutes from the house to a small stream with waterfalls that flows into the Mirna river. For motorcyclists, this region is a paradise too!
