The Villa Terraseca, is a beautiful house located in Bunyola, next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. This imposing Villa has 4 double bedrooms each decorated with personality and charm, the house has a capacity of up to 8 people.
The Villa has 400 square meters, surrounded by large terraces, perfect to enjoy sunny days or share family dinners. Enjoy the possibility of preparing a barbecue with the incredible views of the city of Palma de Mallorca. This Villa rises in front of a beautiful pool of 10x5 meters, an area that will undoubtedly become your favorite place during your holidays.
Inside the house you find a large kitchen - on the island - you can enjoy the company of your family while cooking. They also have a living room with fireplace and an interior dining room where you can relax or watch a family movie.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, en suite bathroom and a large balcony with incredible views of the mountains and the city of Palma, the other 3 bedrooms also have double beds and two more bathrooms with bath.
This Villa was built with the purpose of taking advantage of the outside space to be able to enjoy to the maximum the sun and the typical nature of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Bunyola is a town located on the slopes of the Sierra de Tramuntana, 25 minutes drive from the center of Palma, it is the perfect place since it offers the possibility of escaping from the city without being far from it.
Rules:
- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
