Luxurious villa with swimming pool located in a residential area 150 meters from the beautiful beach of Guidaloca, in a strategic position for any excursion in the surroundings. Composed of 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens private parking, equipped garden.
Refined, modern, chic, but above all comfortable, immersed in the lush greenery of a lush Mediterranean garden, for complete relaxation in the open air of adults and children.
The villa covers about 1500 square meters and includes: a house on two levels of about 150 square meters with large porches protected by arcades for another 150 square meters, a modern pool 11x5 meters with a large solarium and a huge lawn around, several totally organized outdoor areas (a kitchen area with barbecue, two dining areas, three conversation areas, an outdoor bathroom with shower and a shower in the lawn adjacent to the pool), all equipped with sophisticated systems and cutting-edge technology.
Inside the large open-space living area, is divided into living room, dining room and kitchen in a fluid continuity planimetric in which large windows create a perspective axis between inside and outside, merging them into a single space totally usable and equipped with every comfort.
This living area also includes a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofas that can accommodate two single beds if necessary and a staircase leading to the first floor. Here a large hallway leads to the air conditioned sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a storage room and a panoramic terrace furnished with a small living room from which you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of everything the Gulf of Castellammare and the surrounding countryside.
On request, for 8 beds, a third double bedroom is available on the ground floor.
The interior and exterior furnishings are impeccable, modern, functional, with minimalist rigor and with pieces of contemporary design.
The garden is well cared for and in addition to the lawn is a little further away, some fruit trees from which you can pick up sweet fruits during the summer season and finally even further, to complete a set of authentic beauty, an oasis of peace, or a 'cozy day-bed with comfortable cushions, from which you can benefit from a moment of relaxation and meditation and enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Guidaloca, the Faraglioni and the small village of Scopello.
You can also take advantage of a large parking area inside the villa, which can be accessed via a remote controlled gate. And finally in front of the entrance gate you will find a small pedestrian path 150 meters long that will lead you to the sea, in the beautiful bay of Guidaloca, equipped with beaches for those who want to use beach beds, umbrellas, bar service.

Summary: We stayed here for three nights for our last stop in Siciliy. It is a great place to stay to go to the beach and to explore the local areas. Honestly the house and especially the grounds are better than the pictures show. It’s a great place. The check-in was totally easy and they were super friendly and gave suggestions about places to eat and places to go. I would definitely stay here again. We flew out of the Palermo airport on our last morning and had to be there early. From the door of the apartment to the airport only took about 40 minutes. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay that is off the beaten path then this place is perfect. You can sit by the pool and relax or it is a quick trip down to a very nice beach. You can walk there in five minutes.
