Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.
The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.
Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.
If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.
This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.
Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.
If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo!! It has been recently renovated and is very stylishly decorated and very clean. The bathrooms are all nice, clean, and new, and the kitchen is also brand new and fully stocked with anything you may need to cook, bake, etc. The condo is spacious and has a large washer and dryer. The outdoor space is incredible. It’s so nice to have your own private pool and hot tub and a large patio that has parts that are covered and uncovered. The backyard/patio gets plenty of sunshine, and the fire pit is a perfect place to end each day! The Dorado Beach area is very family-friendly and the golf cart that came with the condo made it very easy to get around the area. We highly recommend this property and its hosts and hope to come back soon!”
