Villa Sol, is a luxury property with private swimming pool and amazing sea view! Only few minutes waling to a cozy sandy beach, the villa is only 15 minutes’ drive from Palma de Mallorca. Its location is great for visiting the beauty of the Island, short drive from Puerto Portals famous bay were the members of royal family stay for the summer holiday at Palacio de Marivent. The villa garden and terraces are greatly equipped with garden furniture, its private swimming pool overlooking the bay has high standard quality sunbeds and umbrellas, on the upper terrace there is table chairs and barbecue were to enjoy al fresco meals admiring amazing sea view! The Villas’ location is great, lot of activities are present in the area such as Golf club, water sports, sailing, snorkeling, wind surfing etc. are within few minutes waling or by car, is also possible to hire mountain bike to explore the island nature inside! The villas’ interiors develop in 2 floors, at the lower floor there is a large and very bright living room equipped with elegant sofas, tea table, few steps above there is a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with high standard furniture such as Nespresso machine, microwave, electric oven, electric cook top, dishwasher. In this floor, there is also a guest bathroom. At the upper floor there are all the bedrooms all of them are with two double bed that can be separated into a two single, one cannot be separated. 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathroom with shower, the fourth bedroom has the bathroom next door as well with shower. All the four bedrooms have a direct access to a lovely terrace with sea view. Neighborhood and transport: Mallorca is known for its protected bays, limestone mountains and Roman and Moorish remains. This wonderful island offers a lively nightlife and many historical and natural attractions to meet the needs of millions of tourists who crowd this island every year. On the island there are stone villages, art galleries and music festivals, all surrounded by hills full of citrus groves. Distances: The nearest supermarket is a 5 minutes drive. There are water parks only 5 minutes drive away. The port of Portals filled with shops and restaurants is only a 10 minutes drive away and the beautiful Port of Andratx is a 15 minutes drive from the house; Airport 25 km; Important information: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 75 days prior to the arrival date. Minimum stay 3 nights in mid and low season, 1 week in high season arrival any day of week.
