Villa Sharde is a beautiful, very spacious villa which has been furnished to a high standard by the owners. There is a large entrance hall which leads through to a spacious living room with a picture window and patio doors leading on to the pool area. The kitchen is large and incorporates a dining area for six people. It is extremely well equipped with a double size oven, hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and ample storage units and utensils. There is an iron and ironing board, toaster, and kettle. The exterior boasts a 6.5m x 4.5m electrically heated swimming pool (heated to 29 degrees), with Roman steps, which is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Shallow end depth is 1.2m and deeper end is 1.5m. The area around the pool is very sheltered and extremely private. There is a large covered area which is ideal for alfresco eating, protection from the sun, or for using as a BBQ area. There is a table and chairs for six people.
