Upon entering the house you will be welcomed by a comfortable and tidy air-conditioned dining-living area with a wonderful linear open kitchen block, complete with induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment; There is a comfortable sofa, positioned in front of a large latest generation flat screen television, with integrated satellite TV.
You will then find the first two double bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes overlooking the terrace behind the house, furnished with a second outdoor sitting area and a spacious bathroom complete with shower cubicle and washing machine.
Climbing the easy internal stairs, you will access the air-conditioned upper floor, consisting of two further double bedrooms and a service bathroom with window with chemical toilet and shower cubicle.

At the time of CHECK-IN a security deposit of €200.00 is required to be paid exclusively in cash, which will be returned to you, net of damages, at the time of CHECK-OUT.
FINAL CLEANING: is the responsibility of the tenant and IS MANDATORY upon returning the apartment on the morning of departure. It involves: tidying up the house, its perfect cleaning which includes the removal of any food remains, the elimination of waste, the cleaning of the cutlery and plates used, and of the kitchen utensils. If this cleaning is not carried out correctly or is carried out partially, a penalty equal to the cost of €150.00 will be applied.
We rent exclusively to adults: minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or adults with a written authorization signed by their parents, also attaching their identity document.
Pets are allowed, subject to authorization and with an additional cleaning cost of €100.00 to be paid in cash and on site at check-in.
