Percorrendo un lungo viale di palme si scorge il prospetto dell’imponente villa gentilizia , attorniata da una ricca vegetazione, 11 ettari di macchia mediterranea tra alberi di ulivo secolari e pino marittimo . Alzando lo sguardo spicca un grazioso campanile che custodisce una campana realizzata nella più antica fonderia Italiana e mondiale, Pontificia Fonderia Marinelli. Caratteristica è la presenza di una cappella votiva , interamente ristrutturata che rappresentava negli anni ’40 un luogo di culto e di preghiera tra i nobili proprietari e i contadini.
