This amazing 500 m2 historic house (built in 1938) is on the list of protected monuments as a house of exceptional architectural value between the Two World Wars.
Villa Paulina nurtures the concept of interesting and functional spatial design where all interior design elements are from famous international and Croatian designers (Charles&Ray; Eames, Eero Saarinen, Jean Prouvé, Eileen Gray, Foruse, Konstantin Grcic, Hee Welling, Otto Blümel, Maarten Van Severen, Grupa Numen/For Use etc.).
Every detail has been carefully considered and created in cooperation with the famous architectural team from Studio Up and in cooperation with famous Croatian artists. Enjoy the paintings, sculptures and installations of Nikolina Šimunovic and Petar Dolić, artists of great sensibility and art of creation.
Villa Paulina has 5 designed bedrooms with 'en suite' bathrooms and a king size murphy bed in the living room, and 2 extra beds. 12 + 2 people can be accommodated. On the ground floor is a large kitchen, tavern where guest will enjoy traditional food, bedroom with en suite bathroom, family toilet and a living room.
In front of the villa there are private garden, hot tub, swimming pool, dining table and lounge chairs. This stunning terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea, beautiful island Lokrum and historic old city will impress all romantic souls.
First floor, also called Paulina's floor has beautiful designed bedroom with ''en suite'' bathroom, salon where can sleep two on the murphy king size bed, and dining room. On this floor, especially in salon guest will experience the life in this villa for past decades. Second floor has 2 designed bedrooms with ''en suite'' bathrooms, one balcony where guest can enjoy in beautiful view of island Lokrum and historic old town, lobby, sauna with shower room, and mirror room with luxury bathtub that is connected with attic. The attic contains of beautiful designed bedroom with ''en suite'' bathroom and book corner where book lovers can enjoy reading fine literature.
