Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We liked the stunning view, gorgeous clean house with big rooms, top AC and a nice pool. I would even say it is the nicest house in the area if you look from outside. The area itself is stunning with a beautiful beach, mountains and nice restaurants.
Negative: We were a group of seven friends and we didn't like that we had to ask the owner for items that were listed as available or on pictures, such as the grill (not clean btw), pans (without scratches), swing and parasol. Having them instantly available would reduce unnecessary contact. The parasol wasn't supplied, because sometimes there is strong wind, but then there was no shade on the terrace from about 3.30 pm until sunset (sunburn). If you want to walk to the beach, keep in mind that the house is uphill. The path is very steep and could be challenging for older or handicapped people. There is a fixed price for the house independent of the number of guests, however there is an extra charge for the 7th guest, which was very high. I suggest adding an option through booking for a 7th person, as it would make the booking process smoother.
