The 200 m² villa offers a garden, a spacious terrace and a private swimming pool. Thanks to its ideal location on the hills of Saint-Tropez, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Château de la Messardière and the sea.
The main house is built on two levels:
The upper level includes a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with bathroom and another bedroom with shower room.
The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite shower room.
In the garden, next to the swimming pool, there is a summer house of approximately 40 m² with one bedroom with double bed and its own shower room.
The villa is also equipped with WIFI, air conditioning/heating in all rooms, washing machine and dryer, bed linen and towels, carport for 4 cars, alarm and security system.
The villa is located in a quiet area, only 5 minutes by car from the centre of Saint Tropez village and 7 minutes by car from Pampelonne beach.
