The villa is easily reached in as much as the ground floor has no stairs and there is a lift to get to the floor above (a lift which can accommodate a wheel-chair) and so all the rooms are considered suitable. Also the outside areas are considered suitable: for example, the pool is reached by a walkway, not a staircase. On the other hand, the bathrooms are not particularly suitable as all the bathroom accessories are the same. Ground Floor Entering the villa there is, to the left, a large dining room and well-equipped modern kitchen. To the right is the wellnesscenter and bathroom. The wellness center includes a heated pool with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, all overlooking the splendid park. On the ground floor there are also 3 elegant double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and showers.
