The villa has a large living-dining room with air conditioning hot/cold and electric fireplace, American kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher. It has 2 double bedrooms with fitted closets and air conditioning hot/cold and 1 bathroom with shower. From the living-dining room there is a direct access to the terrace and pool. There is a outdoor shower with hydromassage.The chalet is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation; dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, mobile gas barbecue, etc. There is also satellite TV and Wifi. The house is surrounded by a beautiful terrace that is illuminated at night, very well maintained plants, a nice stone pergola with table and benches to enjoy the sun, a good meal and the beautiful views of the Montgó. In the pool area there are sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower. It has parking for 2 cars.Rental for more than 4 people is available upon request.Located 5 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the beaches. At 1.000 m from the chalets there is a restaurant/bar and at 2.100 m 2 big supermarkets (Consum and Lidl). The region of Denia, Costa Blanca, is an ideal destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, sandy beaches and the wonderful green inland landscape. Dénia has a good infrastructure and a wide range of leisure activities, a modern marina, a fishing port, an attractive old town and a large selection of good restaurants. Not to mention the interesting nightlife! The 20 km of sandy beaches offer activities for the whole family. Water sports, quiet sunbathing areas, beach bars, rocky coves (an ideal place for diving or snorkeling). Golf courses (La Sella Golf and Oliva Nova Golf) are 8, resp. 25 km from the villa.
