On enclosed, well-kept property the guests have a swimming pool of 25 sqm, sitting set, sun chairs, a covered summer kitchen and 2 parking spaces on disposal. The house lies next to a bicycle route and within 300 m there is a bakery and a children's playground.
Villa Elena Porec for 6-7 people consists of a living room with sitting set and fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom with its own bathroom - all on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with their own bathroom and access to a shared balcony. The larger room on the upper floor has a balcony with sea view.
