The villa, which is divided into two levels, has spacious indoor and outdoor areas on the ground floor. Here there is a double living room, dining room, TV room, study area, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and veranda with independent entrance; a second bedroom with garden view, veranda and en-suite bathroom and a third bedroom with sea view, en-suite bathroom and veranda facing the sea.
