Positive: This is an amazing property. If they could add a small tube outside elevator, this place would be out of this world. This is a unique villa, the hostess, Rafaella is the best we have ever encountered. If you find this place available, it is worth booking it.
Negative: Perhaps adding a small elevator to alleviate the hassle of carrying the luggage up and down the stairs.
