This large unit(1500 sq. Ft.) has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and is located on the 3rd floor of side A of the complex. No neighbors above or on three sides to worry about.
The master bedroom has a private entrance off of the main entrance door. It has a king bed, a 45” hdtv, DVD player and a full size sofa. It also has a kitchenette with your very own microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge and a full size washer & dryer.
The 2nd bedroom has a wicker queen bed, a pullout twin bed, a 45” hdtv and private bath. This 2nd bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony. It sleeps 3.
The 3rd bedroom has two sets of white bunkbeds and sleeps 4.
The living area has a balcony access to watch the beautiful sunsets. There is a large sectional sofa to watch the 55” hdtv and a DVD player.
The full kitchen has a large pantry closet, granite counters, DW, disposal, microwave, Keurig, crock pot and regular coffee maker, small grill, toaster and even a hot dog machine.
FOR STAYS LESS THAN A WEEK You can bring your own linens (sheets and bath towels) or we can rent them for you for $150 including taxes. ONE WEEK STAYS INCLUDE THE FREE LINEN PACKAGE.
For your convenience, there are a few sand chairs, boogey boards, pool noodles and sand toys to use for the week. There are also rainy day games in the living area entertainment section.
This unit is ideal for a large family or two families as it sleeps 9 comfortably. You can make lasting memories with your stay at North Topsail Beach and the prestigious Villa Capriani.
Appliances and amenities are present for your convenience but occasionally fail or are temporarily not in service. Every effort will be made to have them repaired as soon as possible depending on the schedules and demands of the professional service companies. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
