Positive: Great place! The outdoor area (veranda) was really good, with outdoor kitchen, wine fridge and private pool. We spent a lot of time there. The garden and the private beach were also a big plus when we were travelling with kids. The kids loved staying there, and we are definitely coming back if we travel to Cefalu again. The host, Adriano, is super nice and willing to help if you need any information of have any questions.
Negative: We have a 3, 5 year old, and could not leave him a lone at all at the veranda, not even for 30 seconds, because it’s quite high if you fall. Despite the safety wall being too low, it’s quite wide, so it was not totally unsafe either. There are not busses or public transports around, so have a car or use taxis (15 euros to Cefalu center). We did Scilly by train, and it worked well for us. Despite a couple of things, I’d definitely recommend this place!
