Villa Aix is a sprawling compound designed for an outdoor lifestyle, boasting Pacific Ocean views, a magnificent large sparkling blue pool, outdoor eating and seating areas and lawns for relaxing.
Villa Aix spreads out over three levels enabling group getaways or family reunions, it is designed to bring people together, but with plenty of space to allow privacy if needed. A fabulous gourmet kitchen with quality Smeg appliances, coffee machine and all the add-ons, or cook outside on the Heston Blumenthal Barbeque. Light and bright, airy lounge and dining areas with stunning artworks, all levels open onto large decks where you will enjoy the beautiful sea breezes.
Three separate wings, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a powder room, allow living areas and sleeping to suit everyone. The décor is modern and clean but with that clear sense of being a home, living areas allow parents and children to relax separately.
The main King bedroom is on the first level plus a large reading room with queen-size high-quality sofa-bed (Coco Republic), downstairs on a lower level you find a queen bedroom and a double bedroom plus a king single bedroom sharing a large bathroom, lounge area and deck. A separate self-contained Pool House is perfect for those who want to be part of the fun but like their own space. Beautiful gardens and off-street parking for 3 cars.
The moment you enter this special space you will relax and leave the outside world behind. Villa Aix is awash with natural light, you will never want to leave.

Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport.
