Esta casa com piscina, fica situada numa sossegada zona residencial da Oura, entre a Oura e o Forte de São João.
No rés-do-chão, tem a cozinha equipada com placa eléctrica, exaustor, forno, micro-ondas, frigorífico com congelador, máquina de lavar louça, torradeira e máquina de café.
No corredor há uma zona de lavandaria com máquina de lavar roupa, uma casa de banho comum com chuveiro e o acesso ao primeiro andar.
Ao fundo, fica a simpática sala, com zona de refeições e sala de estar, com sofás, TV por cabo e internet Wi-Fi.
