The Palapa Ocean Side apartment is located on the La Palapa Resort. This resort has been ready since the end of 2010 and consists of approximately 46 units spread over 10 buildings. Palapa Ocean Side is located on the ground floor in the first (I) building, directly on the sea, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The building has an elevator, but the apartment is easily accessible without stairs.
The apartment is fully furnished and is fully equipped. The apartment includes an extensive inventory from cutlery to an ironing board and from lamps to comfortable furniture. There are air conditioners which makes the apartment nice and cool and it makes sleeping pleasant

Everything is on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with large open kitchen, separate toilet, storage / laundry room and a large porch / balcony.
The porch with a dining table and lounge set is accessible from the spacious living room through a sliding door. There is a storage / laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.
Facilities: Floor tiles and wall tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen and toilet. Luxury sanitary ware, double sinks. In the kitchen there is a stove / oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker. There is a washing machine, free WIFI for internet and smoke detectors.
