Paying less than you would pay in a hotel in Fortaleza, here you have more security, a family atmosphere, a home with excellent and comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen: with all the necessary appliances besides cooking utensils. Our guests can enjoy the swimming pool, the soccer field and the sand volleyball court. All apartments have own internet access, but you can use the Internet of the condo in social areas like swimming pool. Costa Blanca is located on the seafront, 12 minutes walk from the famous Beach Park. Let's take advantage of all the leisure opportunities in our neighborhood, such as the famous Beach Park, the most beautiful beach in Ceará, with Buggy ride in the dunes, Engenhoca Adventure Park and much more. Our apartments are located 20 km from Fortaleza and 25 km from the airport. The condo has elevator, underground garage and fully accessible for wheelchairs. Summary: Nos ficamos neste apt pro 5 noites e adoramos! Moramos nos EUA e este apt esta no nivel Americano, que estamos acostumados, tudo novinho, limpissimo e funcionando. Estava com criancas, entao a segurança era muito importante para mim, por isso escolhemos um condominio menor, pare evitar multidoes, e acertamos! me senti bem segura neste condominio. A piscina era limpa todos os dias, o condominio era bem calmo a praia tambem uma delicia. O apt e o condominio é exatamente como as fotos. A Viktoria e esposo sao muito simpaticos e prestativos, estavam la para nos receber na hora que chegamos e qualquer duvida que tinhamos era so ligar pra eles. Meus filhos adoraram passar as tardes na rede na varanda, ate dormiram na varanda. O apt tem de tudo que vc precisa. Vc apenas deve fazer compras em um mercado grande antes de chegar no Porto das dunas, o mercadinho no PDD é bem caro e nap tem muita escolha. Fomos ao Beach park andando pela praia. Vamos ficar aqui de novo has proximal ferias! We stayed 5 nights at this apartment and we LOVED! we live in the USA and this place met all the standards we are used to in America, it's new, very clean and everything works! Since we were traveling with kids, safety was very important to us, that's why we chose a smaller condominium, to avoid big crowds, this place made us feel very safe. The pool is cleaned everyday, the condo was very quiet and peaceful, the beach too. The condominium and apartment is exactly how it shows on the pictures. Viktoria and her husband ( who manages the apt) are very nice, and helpful, they met us on time to give us the keys and bracelets and when I had any question Viktoria was always available to answer. My kids loved spending afternoons in the hammocks on the balcony, they even slept out there. The apt has everything you might need, you just need to stop by a grocery store outside Porto das Dunas ( maybe in Fortaleza) the small market at PDD is very expensive and doesn't offer a lot. The apt is very close to Beach park, we walked there through the beach. We will go back to this place again and again! Thank you Viktoria!
