You will also be able to jumpstart your day with our Keurig coffee maker. All items were carefully selected to ensure you experience quality comforts.

Guest will be able to access the property via the electronic door lock for which the code will be provided on the day of move-in.

- BBQ : Guests are responsible for filling up the gas (could be done at any gas station)
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate this rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.
