Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, the apartment was located on the first floor and which was easy to get to the beach. Our view was amazing. The apartment was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The downside was the all the remote control batteries started to go while on vacation, the ceiling fan remote for the main bedroom was no where to be found so unless you left the light on all night you couldn't have the fan on. The closet door to the main bedroom was off completely as well which this should've been fixed before renting it out. Their housekeeping overall was ok, but the freezer had a terrible fish odor and their was something spilled on the balcony that was very visible as well as the bedspread on the main bedroom was not cleaned. It's an older condo so their are some small repairs that should be looked at, but it was quiet, close to the beach and a perfect size for our group.
