Summary: I would not recommend this place. *BED BUGS!* 1-2 days after our stay, 3 of the guests who stayed in the king bed noticed small red, itchy bumps scattered on their bodies. Contacted the owner to check for bed bugs, but never received a reply! Booking and pre-booked communication was fast and efficient, and the price was great. I was not informed that the check-in process (which includes more detailed information on how to access the unit) was going to be sent 30 minutes before our check-in time, so I was worried that the owner was bailing on me. I would have appreciated if the reminder email that was sent days beforehand that it would be sent so close to check-in time so I wouldn't have freaked out on him! When arriving, the owner wouldn’t give us the garage code(had to go through the front), and the house immediately smelt like cigarettes. We had to air it out, which helped, but the smell was still there once we left and returned. The TV was unplugged and it took forever to figure out the problem, and then the remote didn't work!! It was so annoying. And then, the wifi was not working. None of the 10 people in the house could connect, and I had to go mess around with the router to finally get it to connect, just for me to figure out that the wifi the owner had given us wasn't even the correct one. Only 2 people in the house could connect, and he stopped replying to my messages about the wifi issue. Oh also, it's a community pool, but the listing does not specify.
