Summary: After we received notification that our rental (from another property on VRBO) was cancelled due to hurricane Ian. Scrambling to find a place, Joseph responded promptly and allowed my husband and I into his property that very day. The apt was close to everything, spacious, clean and had a nice patio. Had a wonderful stay!
