Positive: The house was nice and clean and had most facilities, the neighbourhood was quiet and the person who handed the keys reliable and friendly. We very much liked Nieuwpoort, the beach, the port, the town and the bike excursion we did along canals. Great location for a short or longer stay.
Negative: We have usually rented properties with bed and bath linens and a hair dryer. For future rentals may we recommend more clarity on the site about what is not provided in the house (eg sheets and hair dryer), even if the booking confirmation said that bed and bath linens had to be brought with you. The house would probably be more comfortable with some cabinets in the bedrooms for clothes and other items that cannot be hung on the rails provided, particularly for longer stays.
Summary: Pleasant stay in a modern, recently renovated and clean villa located in quiet surroundings.
