The 'FRENTE OCÉANO' apartment is located in Tenerife, in the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz.
This charming studio, fully renovated and carefully furnished, can accommodate up to four people, with one bedroom and a living room featuring a fully equipped private kitchen. It has a refined and elegant bathroom. The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher with suitable detergents, as well as personal hygiene products and other comforts.
Access is barrier-free and elevators ensure easy mobility; outside there is a communal garden. The private pool, recently renovated, is on the 7th floor, with a spacious solarium where you can admire the ocean, Mount Teide, and beautiful Puerto de la Cruz. On the same floor, you will find restrooms with showers. Towels and solarium towels are provided free of charge by the host. Parking is available both in the courtyard and on the adjacent street.
Events are not allowed inside the apartment and smoking is prohibited. Public transport is easily accessible on foot. The condominium is at the beginning of the Sant’Elmo promenade, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques, leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the wonderful Lago Martianez pools, designed by architect Cesar Manrique, and the Hermitage of Sant’Elmo. There is also an excellent shopping center nearby with quality products for your daily needs.
The owners live on site, but not in the booked apartment. On request, for an extra fee, an airport shuttle service is available for both airports and/or for personal needs.
