Enter the secure building and take the elevator or stairs to the third floor. This two bedroom, two full bath, corner unit offers you extra privacy at the end of the end of this floor. A generous sized front screened in lanai offers a front sitting space as well.
Walking through the front door the guest bedroom is immediately to your right. A queen bed, plenty of closet space and a full ensuite bathroom will ensure your guests are well taken care of.
The great room is straight ahead. To the left is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A dining area is adjacent to the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area for 2 if desired.
The master bedroom has a king bed, in-room TV, large walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom. It also opens to the screened in lanai where you can watch the sunrise over Estero Bay or the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
The lanai is sure to be one of your favorite spots in the condo. Being a corner unit it offers views of the Gulf and island and gives you extra privacy. Open the sliders off the living room and bedroom to let the Gulf breeze flow through.
Captains Bay complex has a wonderful in-ground heated pool with morning water aerobics. Tennis courts and shuffleboard are also on site to test your skills or burn off a few calories from some of those meals at our fantastic beach restaurants. Trolley stops going both north and south bound are right on Estero Blvd. taking you to Times Square, Lovers Key State Park or further.
