In the Village, walk to shops, dining, coffee and more and in the Summer there is a packed schedule of fun Summer festivals for all. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath property features split over 2 levels offers a spacious floorplan with upgrades throughout. Enjoy stone counters, stainless steel top of the line appliances, hard wood floors, vaulted ceilings and Gas fireplace offers a cozy but upgraded experience. The kitchen is fully stocked so you have everything you need to prepare family meals, and enjoy the dining area which seats 8. Get cozy in the living room on the comfortable sectional and enjoy the gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Upstairs the first bedroom features a Queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with walk in shower. On the lower level are the remaining three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed and private en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a Queen while the third bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds offering sleeping for 4 and access to the shared hall bath with tub/shower combo. This home offers a private / washer dryer to provide all the comforts of home. On the upper level a private semi covered balcony with seating and gas BBQ allows time to enjoy grilling! A mud room in the entry way provides space to store all your gear. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people is non-smoking and is not pet friendly. The Mammoth Estates community offers excellent amenities with year-round covered hot tubs, an outdoor pool (Summer only), and a recreation room that will entertain the kids for days featuring pool table, ping pong table, games and more.
