Enjoy the ocean breeze, the crashing waves, and toasting each other while watching the sunset! Relax with a book down by the ocean or watch a movie on one of the three TVs. From the living area or the primary suite, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy the cool evening air with a favorite cocktail. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your needs with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The primary suite provides a grand bed, a private bathroom, and a TV so you don't have to miss your favorite late-night program. There's also plenty of closet space for all of your belongings. The second bedroom has two twin beds. When friends drop by, there's also a double sleeper sofa for your convenience.

The shared pool is available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
The hot tub will be unavailable in winter 2022 due to construction. There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings. Construction is expected to complete in mid-April.

Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building A. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space or a space marked compact car. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. No parking is available anywhere else in the development. Additional street parking may be available but is not guaranteed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
