This spacious 2 BR 2 Bath in the heart of Aspen was just updated this year including all new furnishing, decor, carpet paint, window treatments and much more! If you're looking for comfort and convenience, you won't be disappointed. When you stay here, you'll be just one block to Lift 1-A, three blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and steps to all the shopping, dining and nightlife Aspen has to offer! Want to venture outside of Apen? Walk just 2 blocks to the Rubey Park Transit Center where complimentary buses will take you to the other 3 mountains, shuttle to the Maroon Bells or the Hot Springs. This unit is located on the ground level, so there is no need to carry equipment up multiple flights of stairs and comes with a private ski locker, two private decks where you can relax and take in the mountain views. The BLDG offers great amenities including a heated pool, hot tub and gas BBQ grills.

All sheets, duvet covers and towels are washed in hot water with bleach.
