Fully renovated in 2023, the condo is kept in immaculate condition, and features a beautiful, high-end kitchen with luxury granite counters, three generously proportioned bedrooms, and an upgraded living-dining area that opens out onto a spacious balcony with spectacular ocean views.

The master bedroom features a luxuriously appointed king sized bed with pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury pure bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, comfortable armchair, a luggage bench, and a dresser with a flat screen 55" smart TV. The en-suite master bathroom has a tub shower combo, vanity with granite counter, and WC. There is also a built-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of extra thick and fluffy luxury towels.
The second bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, both also fitted with luxurious 600 thread-count bamboo sheets, a tall dresser with 55" flat screen smart TV, built-in closet, luggage bench and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a full sized bed, a dresser with 42" flat screen smart TV, a luggage bench and en-suite bathroom.
The unit is also fully equipped with a stacked full-size laundry for guest convenience.
The kitchen features gorgeous cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, full size modern appliances and comes fully stocked with every convenience a cook could want, including a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, cooking equipment, tableware, and flatware. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view through the main living/dining area.
The main living/dining area is spacious and luxuriously furnished with a 6-seater dining table, twin-sized sleeper-sofa with an extra thick, super comfy mattress, 2 high-quality armchairs, ottoman (stores bedding for the sleeper and also provides extra seating) and TV cabinet containing a huge 75" paper-thin smart TV for your entertainment. Upgraded wireless internet is also accessible throughout the condo for your convenience. The living room opens to a large balcony with uninterrupted oceanfront views and a seating area equipped with chairs and coffee tables. The condo is high enough up to enjoy total privacy, and avoid noise from the pool during the summer.
The resort offers a full-service bar, a coffee shop in the lobby, a fully equipped gym on the 3rd floor (swipe key available at reception), and a full service luxury spa on the 4th floor.
