One Dog is welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 10kg, Toilet trained. This apartment is located on Level 1, so we recommend you use the Brookville Gardens for regular walks and bathroom breaks. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. Guests will need to bring their own dogs' bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. A $40 pet fee applies. Supplies We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.
