This fully renovated Art Deco Building is located at 918 Ocean Drive between 9th and 10th Street in the middle of Ocean Drive. Surrounded by Restaurants, Clubs and the Beach directly across the street. This property is located walking distance to everywhere in South Beach.
The apartment that I offer is one of only 5 direct ocean front apartments in the building.
The Balcony off the Living Room offers a Front Row Seat to the daily human parade on Ocean ultimate in people direct views of the Ocean and South Beach.
There are Two Comfortable Full Sofa Beds in the Living Room and One Queen Bed in the separate bedroom.
This apartment is a great value. Prices are significantly less than anything comparable near this location.
For larger groups, I also have the Studio next door which would allow groups of 6-7 to stay next door in the same building and share the benefits of this larger apartment.
Nearby Hotels include The Breakwater, The Edison and The Strand. Nearby Bars and Restaurants include The Clevelander, Mangos, Larios, Wet Willies and so many others---just one block from the Versace Mansion.
