This beautiful 2 story home has so much space and a remarkably unique layout. It features 4 bedrooms (one of which is ensuite to the master bathroom), and a further 2 bathrooms. One queen bedroom is located downstairs, with the master bedroom and two twin bedrooms upstairs. Additionally, you will find a lovely and charming customized space upstairs that is perfect for crafting, games, reading, or simply quiet time. Downstairs you will find a comfortable living area situated around the main TV, as well as a full size kitchen and a more formal dining area. The main living spaces bask in brilliant sunshine from the combination of ample windows and high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances such as a dishwasher, large refrigerator and a full-size cooker. The home also benefits from being air-conditioned throughout, and has full laundry facilities. Through your patio doors you will find a lovely pool deck (some of it partly covered for a welcome shade from the sun) which backs on to a conservation area - a perfect place for spotting the wildlife. You'll appreciate the lush greenery, and the welcome privacy the location and landscaping provide. The pool is heatable and is ideal for cooling down, or perhaps you can just lie on a sun lounger and soak up that glorious Florida sunshine. All in all, a very lovely house which offers a warm welcome from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. The Community: Lake Wilson Preserve is a brand new subdivision of just 96 homes all in a Mediterranean style with a Spanish tiled roof and block paved driveway. Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532 it is only ten minutes to Disney.
