The living space is simply marvelous and inviting with its comfortable sofas near the wood-burning fireplace–if you visit during winter, all you have to do is throw some logs into the fireplace and wait a few seconds for it to warm up the entire place. Turn on the flatscreen TV and watch a thrilling movie or a hilarious soap opera. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances and utensils needed to prepare full-course meals, quick snacks, hot or refreshing beverages, and even desserts. You can enjoy your meals or snacks indoors in the dining table or with a view at the balcony–it comes equipped with a small dining area and your very own gas grill. On this level, you'll also come across one bedroom with a king bed and one bathroom.

Come summertime, hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, high-altitude running, fishing, birding are the most popular activities here.
