Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was excellent and we used the taxi rank outside the hotel every day. The reception staff and restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful at all times. The selection of food at the buffet table was excellent and catered for all nationalities

Negative: The hot food on the buffet at breakfast and dinner was cold and although the hotel Manager addressed this after we reported it to him he was not able to be there all of the time. Heat lamps were being used above the buffet consoles but were not strong enough to continue keeping the food warm once it was brought out from the kitchens. We would have appreciated an English speaking tv channel or the option to change the language on the remote.
