Paradise found on the Chesapeake! Only rented for 2 weeks out a year, book now before itโs gone. This truly unique property features waterfront views on all sides. In the front of the house you will enjoy expansive views of the Patapsco River, out back there is direct access to Boyd Pond, and running through the middle of the property is a tidal channel that connects the two bodies of water.
Walk across a small bridge over the channel to a newly renovated private pool area, that features an outdoor bar/grill, lounge chairs, water basketball hoop, and an electronic pergola with covered seating and outdoor tv.
Walk past the pool area to your own large private beach with 75' of shoreline and a 100' pier. The sandy beach provides plenty of room for beach games, lounging in hammock chairs under the gazebo, and bonfires at night.
The opportunities for water sports are endless, and we do have 2 paddle boards, 2 canoes, a kayak, fishing poles, and crab pots available.
The house features many upscale amenities including a chef's kitchen with Viking & Subzero appliances, open floor plan, large main room with 20' cedar cathedral ceiling, a full gym, game room with pool table/pingpong/ foosball, and so much more!
Bedrooms include: Large master suite with a king bed, walkout balcony, and incredible views out of every window. Main guest room with queen bed and views of the backyard and Boyd Pond. Smaller guest room with a Queen bed. Another upstairs room/office with a pyramid bunk bed. We also have a fold out sofa in the main living area, and a blow up mattress if needed.
Short 5 minute drive to Celebrations At the Bay wedding venue, and Compass Point Golf Course which features 2 18 hole courses. Central location, 25 minute drive to both Annapolis and Baltimore, 45 minute drive to D.C.
