Perfect for 2 guests, the flat is prepared with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, including WiFi, TV, private balcony, full modern kitchen, lift in building and more. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: Welcome to our home! Located on the 4th floor with lift access, the home is prepared with everything you need for a lovely stay. The bright and modern living room comes fitted with a large sofa, a Smart TV (with Freeview) and lovely decor. It's a great space to wind down after a busy day exploring London. From the living room, you have access to a private balcony with outdoor furnishing to enjoy the fresh air with your cup of coffee. The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including an oven, microwave, stove and fridge. Feel free to use the toaster, kitchen utensils and dishwasher as you please. The space is ample to whip up a tasty home cooked meal, which you can enjoy at the dining table. Have a great night sleep in the cosy bedroom, fitted with a double bed and cupboard space for your storing needs. The full bathroom comes with a tub to enjoy. Enjoy the other amenities provided, including a washer and iron. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The home is ideally located in Angel, with tons of great restaurants, cafes and bars in the area to explore. Check out the Grind coffee shop at Old Street Station, The Coffee Works Project or The Barge House for great breakfast. For a tasty meal, try out Sardine restaurant (French/European) only a 5min walk from the flat, Bone Daddies (Japanese Ramen) behind old street station, Ceviche (Peruvian restaurant), Fifteen (European food and restaurant) or Saint Peters Street, very child friendly restaurant with a great Sunday roast. The Narrow Boat Pub (5 min walk from the flat) and Duke of Cambridge pub does lovely pub food. Find plenty more restaurants as you walk along the canal towards Haggerston for about 10 minutes), Islington High Street (12 minutes from the flat) and City Road (10 min walk from the flat). If you’re planning to cook at home, pick up some groceries at The Co-Op Supermarket in the Gainsborough building (walk towards the end of Eagle Wharf Road - 6 minutes) or Sainsburys supermarket on City Road (8 minute walk) The flat is set on Regents Canal and is a lovely walk. One direction takes you to Angel and the other towards London Fields (for Broadway market) and Hackney. Victoria Miro gallery is also a five minute walk from the flat. Parasol unit art gallery is also a five minute walk. They are both based on Wharf Road. Getting Around: The home is conveniently located by Old Street or Angel Station (Northern Line) for the Underground. The 205 bus also stops on City Road and from there it is a 6 minute walk to the flat on Shepherdess Walk. There is paid parking outside on the main road - either Eagle Wharf Road or Shepherdess Walk. Ubers and taxis are readily available as well. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a late check in fee of £30 between 10PM and 12AM, and £50 between 12AM and 7AM.
