Positive: Very nice hosts. Well located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Great view.

Negative: It is not clear in the description but this is a 3-bedroom house : the kitchen/living area is shared with other guests. Also not specified : no AC. Many frogs/birds that are very loud at night : can be difficult for light sleepers. Kitchen and floors in the living area were dirty.

Summary: Rustic but charming.
