Welcome to Tortuga Cove! We are excited to present this beautifully furnished home to the world! With a completely newly furnished home and tons of amenities, you will not be able to wait to arrive and dive into the refreshing pool!
OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is by far the best feature of Tortuga Cove. There are several areas to lounge and relax including outdoor dining, a fire pit, and a comfy couch to hang out at.
The pool is a unique lap pool with the best red rock views of Castle Rock. Imagine coming home after a long hike cooking a feast at the BBQ and taking a relaxing dip in the pool; all while reflecting on the memories you're creating as you look at the red rocks gleaming with the sunset. What a beautiful vacation!
INDOOR LIVING
Tortuga Cove has a fabulous open-concept floor plan with some all-new furnishings that were hand-picked with you in mind. There are 3 bedrooms with unique qualities and luxury furnishings. The master bedroom has a king-size mattress and a huge en suite with a jetted tub. The custom vanity is absolutely gorgeous with 2 sinks and plenty of space for all of your belongings. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have access to the back yard too! In the 2nd bedroom, there is a King mattress as well. Make sure to check out all of the artwork around the home; There's so much to look at! The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress.
The great room is exactly that, GREAT! The vaulted ceilings, natural light, and cozy fireplace will be the focal point when entertaining indoors. Not to mention the pool table for your friendly competition while you're waiting for the chef to finish barbecuing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a full meal and then some! The dining area is a great place to enjoy a meal with the oversized windows and all the natural light that you came to Sedona to soak up.
Last, but not least, Tortuga Cove is located is a quiet neighborhood with so many great restaurants, hiking trails, and 3 golf courses! Oak Creek Country Club is less than a two-minute drive away! It can't get much better than that!

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
