Positive: Great location, quiet, clean, tasty breakfast, comfortable, slept great in the bed, good modern shower and bathroom, wifi good, host was nice, good for an independent stay to see the city. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre, 5-1o minutes walk from the train station. It's in an apartment complex, but we know this already so it wasn't a surprise.
Negative: The view of the train tracks outside isn't anything to look at, but it didn't really matter as we were on the go anyway.
Summary: Good location, clean, modern, tasty breakfast, homely.
