The master bedroom - grand in every way - has substantial built in robes and is equipped with a full size ensuite - the perfect escape where luxury meets tranquillity. The second bedroom has no detail spared, offering spacious built in robes and an ensuite with shower. Further features include automatic blinds, ducted heating & cooling, European laundry, basement storage room, and 2 secure underground basement car space. Guest Access This unit sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Sleep 2 people - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: Sleep 2 people - 1 x Queen bed This lovely unit offers: Modern fully equipped kitchen Dishwasher Dining area Linen on all beds TV Outdoor setting All linen and towels will be included. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay asap as delivery charges may be charged for late notice requests. Regular Bond $2,000 which is returned within 7 days of your stay, after cleaner has been through the property. Terms and Conditions All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $2,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must to be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS This is up to the owner's discretion so please contact me to discuss your pet needs prior to booking. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this occurs, you will be charged this fee. In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity, so we have the chance to rectify the situation. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbors. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows, doors and garage are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $150. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
