TOP OF THE BAY is a fully equipped, fully functional holiday home with breathtaking views of Moreton Bay and The Wrecks and backing onto the National Park.
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each of the 3 levels has its own deck or verandah.
The large kitchen has a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with ice maker, there is an outdoor kitchen with a 4 burner BBQ on the mid-floor deck, the kitchenette has a microwave and full size fridge/freezer on the ground floor.
It has a large flat yard that can accommodate extra vehicles or boat and a hot/cold outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is a table tennis table in the games room.
Tangalooma Resort facilities & activities are available to house guests, even Dolphin Feeding may be booked thru the Tours Desk if spots are available.

ROOM CONFIGURATIONS
LEVEL 3
Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, open plan Bathroom including Spa, Double Shower, Double Bowl Vanity & Separate Toilet also has Walk in Robe. It has a wall mounted TV.
This room has its own private deck with a table, 6 bar chairs and sun lounges.
LEVEL 2
Open plan Lounge, Dinning & Kitchen.
Kitchen is fully equipped with 900mm oven and cooktop, dishwasher and large pantry.
Lounge has TV/DVD and stereo/CD/MP3 player.
Glass front wood fireplace. (Firewood not supplied)
2 Bedrooms, 1 with Queen Bed only, 1 with Double Futon/Single Bunk, Double Bunk & TV/DVD both with Walk in Robe.
Large Bathroom with Bath, Large Shower & Double Bowl Vanity, separate toilet.
There is a large deck with outdoor table & 8 chairs and 2 benches
LEVEL 1
Kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave, Laundry has 10kg top loading washing machine.
2 Bedrooms both with built in Robes, 1 with Queen Bed only and 1 with 2 single beds and TV.
Bathroom with Shower & Vanity, separate toilet.
Outdoor Hot/cold shower out back.
There is a games room with a table tennis table. A clothesline is outside near the hot/cold outdoor shower. There is an outdoor setting on the verandah.
There are ceiling fans throughout the house.
We do not employ Professional Cleaners as this would be a considerable added expense to you. The house is to be left as you have found it, in a clean and tidy condition otherwise part or the total of your bond could be forfeited. The BBQ is to be left clean and make sure no abrasive is used on any stainless steel.
Please do not drag furniture around on the decks.
All used linen is to be left in the Laundry.
All items are checked before you arrive and any missing items will be deducted from your Bond. Any damages will be deducted from Bond. Any major damage will be claimed on Insurance and the Bond kept for our excess payable on an Insurance claim and your details forwarded to the Insurance Company.
If you have guests that smoke, there is no smoking inside the house and all cigarette butts are to be disposed of in the bin.
Possibility of 2 extra mattresses for extra guests @ $50 per person per night, this would have to be pre-arranged but not always accepted.
