Summary: We found this property delightful, nestled amid snow-laden pine trees and a 7-min walk to the Creekside Gondola. Walking access to stores, restaurants, laundromat, (paid) bus to Whistler Village couldn't be easier. And the included parking is a real plus! (Note that one has to walk up about 80 steps from the parking lot to access the unit, with many of those steps possibly snowy/icy. But we knew this in advance, and felt it was a reasonable tradeoff to get this bird's eye view!) A shovel was provided, but we had to obtain our own ice melter and gravel. Inside, we found the queen bed very comfortable and appreciated the heated foyer with ample space for boots and ski wear. The kitchen was well-equipped, if overcrowded. Heating, wi-fi and dehumidifier all worked well. The balcony was huge and lawn chairs provided, but as it was mostly snow-covered while we visited, we sat out there only once. We were happy to see that composting is encouraged--in this unit, and throughout the ski area. We'd love to give this magical property five stars--or more!--if not for the excess clutter. An overflow of household items crowded the limited space for the two of us to place our own items; we had to do a lot of cleaning and rearranging in order to make space, esp in the bathroom. We hope the owner will consider a thorough purging of duplicate items--and enhanced dust removal--to make this unit more appealing for future guests, esp if they're 4 ppl. In all, a memorable stay!
