The Space:
Tipsy Starfish is a Beachside townhome unlike the others: 2 parking spaces, walk to the pool, backyard area, 3 balconies, and an end unit with sunrise and sunset views. Not many Beachside condos have these awesome extras!
Right off of 11th street and 2 blocks to Port Aransas Beach, Tipsy Starfish at Beachside has one of the most well known pools in Port A with a slide, palms, several palapas and seating to kick back and relax after a day at the beach or fishing. It will be hard to pull yourself away from this gorgeous pool area but when it's time to hit the beach, easily walk or cart and be there in 2 minutes!
Tipsy Starfish offers 2 bedrooms on the main floor: King Bedroom w/Ensuite Bathroom, a Bunk Room (twin over full size with a twin trundle) with direct access to the backyard. Also on the main floor are a hall/guest bath and a washer and dryer for guest use.
Heading up to the 2nd floor, you'll find a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine. A kitchen island/breakfast bar is perfect for the non cooks to hang out and watch the cooks do their thing! Large dining table plus bar seating offers plenty of space for everyone.
The oversized living area offers a super comfortable couch and chairs, again plenty of seating for family and friends! Off of the living room, you'll have access to a balcony to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the gulf!
The 2nd floor also has a guest bath, another King Bedroom w/Ensuite Bathroom, and a balcony off of this King Bedroom, perfect for happy hour and a sunset view!
On up to the 3rd floor for the ultimate privacy of 1 King Bedroom w/Ensuite Bathroom and a private balcony.
It's hard to beat Tipsy Starfish for comfort and convenience and the owners have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable and beautiful!
House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
No Smoking and no vaping in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 12 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Pets considered with paid pet fee prior to check in. Guest must disclose pets and pay pet fee prior to arrival.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if community pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for 1 housekeeping closet and 1 owner closet.
The Neighborhood:
Tipsy Starfish is located in the Beachside community where the location (off of 11th St and 2 blocks to the beach) can't be beat, and the pool is well known as it's one of the best community pools in Port A!
Getting Around:
Most guests rent a golf cart and cart to/from the beach and around town. Others rent bikes, and many walk and/or drive their own vehicles. Lots of options!
