Upon entry, a spacious open concept great room awaits with lots of natural light streaming in through the full wall of glass doors. The kitchen boasts full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware. Preparing meals in will be a breeze from the spacious kitchen island, where you'll have plenty of room to spread out your ingredients. The island also doubles as an eating space, with four bar-height chairs.
Move easily from the kitchen to relax in the living room, where tile gives way to soft carpet underfoot. The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, with a large leather sofa and loveseat on which to relax and put your feet up. The wall mounted flatscreen TV is ideal for relaxing evenings in. Enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace on a cold day or step out onto the balcony to soak in the views when the weather is mild. Here you'll look out across an array of pine trees to the mountains beyond.

Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
